Care Quality Commission

Beaconsfield Surgery underwent an inspection by the Care Quality Commission on Monday, 30th September 2013.  We were notified on the Friday late morning that we would be inspected  the following Monday morning.

The visit was very successful and we are extremely pleased with the outcome.

We underwent a second CQC inspection on Tuesday 8th September, 2015.

We had to produce a report of the actions needed relating to the section which required improvement.  This was submitted and accepted by the CQC.  We did also produce our own action plan to ensure that issues identified were addressed appropriately and in a timely manner.

We were reviewed again on 13th April 2016 to ensure that we had taken on board the comments from the inspection on 8th September and completed the action plans to a satisfactory level.
