On Line Services

We offer online access to order repeat medication, book, check and cancel appointment and also access to your medical records.

In order to register for access to online services you will need to bring ID to the surgery (Beaconsfield Primary Care Centre or West Bank Medical Centre).  You will then be given the appropriate information and access codes to allow you to access information online

Detailed Coded Record Access (DCRA)

In order for this to be enabled you will need to collect an application form from the surgery.  The completed form should be handed back into reception with two forms of ID - photo ID and proof of address.  The form will not be processed with out the appropriate ID being presented.  The GP will then look through the medical records and make a clinical decision as to whether access should be granted or not.  Please be advised that there could be a delay in access being provided (maximum three months). Children under the age of 16 years will not be provided with access to DCRA.

You will need to provide photo ID at the practice before your online access is processed

PLEASE NOTE:  Patients under 16  years of age will not be allowed access to on-line services
